What services do you offer?
We currently offer the following services:

What areas do you cover?
We will film anywhere the FAA allows us to fly. If the site is greater than 45 miles from Mount Washington, KY, a travel fee will apply.
My real estate is near an airport, can you still film it?
It depends. Email the property’s address to us so we can determine whether or not the FAA will allow us to fly in that location.
How should I prepare the real estate?

How do I hire you?
We look forward to working with you! Please contact us either by using the email, or call / text us at (502) 303-4630 to schedule a session.
How long does it take?
For real estate, it usually takes 30-60 minutes to shoot both external photography and video. For internal and external real estate photos that usually takes 60-90 minutes. For larger properties it may take longer. the realtor is welcome, but not required. We request that the realtor informs the homeowners/neighbors we will be taking aerial photography and/or video before we arrive.
Can you fly in the rain / wind / snow?
Winds over 35 mph, rain, hail and snow will prevent us from taking aerial photography and video. If these conditions exist on the scheduled day, we will reschedule.
How do I cancel or reschedule my session?
Please call / text us at (502) 303-4630 as soon as you can to let us know.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Our drone pilot is licensed to fly under the FAA’s 14 CFR part 107 regulations.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured.
How do I get my pictures?
We will email you a custom link where you can download your complete set of photographs.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 15 days of the photo session.
How can I pay?
We accept all Venmo, Paypal, Cash or Check. We will email an invoice (or receipt if already paid) to you after the session.
